I, Manjushree Banerjee, started my work life in the year 2002. My work revolved around sustainability, energy access, rural economics, agricultural economics and renewable energy. The work has been a mix of research, practice and training. My work associated me with various organisations in India.

For work and personal reasons, I travelled and stayed in various locations of India- villages, remote locations, towns and cities. These travels, stays, and work experiences encouraged me to initiate this site.

By academics, my Ph.D. is related to renewable energy policies, and my Master’s trains me in Agricultural Economics. My work and interactions educated me on sustainability and its linkages with society. Apart from this site, I have published my research papers and articles across various platforms.
